Shamu!

The San Diego Bay was beautiful. The kids loved the sand and jellyfish. Madeline found a lot of pretty sea shells.
Breakfast with Shamu! The kids enjoyed Corky the 47 year old matriarch at Sea World.


The Shamu buffet was very good.

Cool Shades! This was the Muppet 4-D movie. It was air-conditioned and had rain and bubbles come down from the ceiling.
Madeline enjoyed the interactive tide pools were you can touch the sea stars and bat rays.
Here is Shamu! We were in the front rows and were so close to this amazing whaled!

The Stoddard's are always ready for some ice cream. The Sea World shows were a lot of fun.

Madeline and Jacob enjoyed the Journey to Atlantis ride. These dolphins are in a cool tank at the end of the ride.
Here is a polar bear begging for his dinner. A worker was throwing fish for them to eat and he stood up to get more. They are sooooo BIGG! Their paws were enormous.
Daddy and Jacob were cooled off from the Shamu show. The killer whales do a good job splashing us!

There are three Balooga Whales at Sea World.
They are known as the canaries of the ocean
because they have a "singing" sound.
